Founded in 1982 by Josep Llobet and Manel Lavega, Proquimia Cosmetics is a company specialised in the formulation, manufacture and packaging of cosmetic products for third parties. In addition to cosmetics, we produce perfumes, air fresheners and animal health products.

History
1982
Company founded at Calle Llobregat 34
2000
Facilities extended to include new manufacturing area and second packaging room.
2010
Work begins in production area, separating primary packaging room (clean room) from secondary preparation room.
2011
ISO 22716:2007 certification awarded on 18 October. Proquimia Cosmetics, S.A. registered as manufacturer of animal health products.
2014
ISO 14001:2004 certification awarded on 17 June.
2015
Facilities extended with acquisition of three industrial units.
Proquimia Cosmetics, S.A. now has facilities covering more than 5,000 m2 in a single plant, connecting production areas with warehouses.
2016
Statement on responsible manufacturing of cosmetic products presented.
2017
Proquimia Cosmetics, S.A. awarded GMP certificate by Spanish Association of Medicines and Healthcare Products.
2018
ISO 14001:2015 certification awarded. Production of high concentration perfumes launched. Statement on responsible manufacturing of personal care products presented.
2019
Facilities extended with new weighing area and SAS for manufacture of cosmetics and production launched of air fresheners and industrial hygiene products.
